Shipping Rates and Policies

Shipping:

We process all orders received by 2:00 PM EST the same day received, and all in stock items are usually shipped within twenty-four hours.  After your order is shipped we will send an email with tracking information.  

Standard Shipping - 5 to 10 days - $8.99 for a single map + $2.50 for each additional item

Expedited Shipping - typically 2 to 3 days - $10.49 for a single map + $2.50 for each additional item

Canadian Shipping - typically 6 to 10 days -  $14.49 for a single map + $3.50 for each additional item

We ship to all locations in the U.S., orders shipping to Canada do require additional shipping as noted above. 

• Sales tax of 6.5% will be added to all orders shipped to Florida.
  

Returns:

We want you to shop with confidence knowing that your purchase is 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed.  If for any reason, you choose to return your order, we'll cheerfully refund your purchase price, help you with an exchange, or credit your account.  Our return policy is as follows:

• All returns must be pre-authorized by Mapkids.org with a RAN number required and written clearly on the package
• Items must be in original, unused condition and returned in original packaging within 30 days of original receipt.
• Original shipping charges will not be refunded, and the return postage must be prepaid by the buyer.
